The Mission
If you are willing to take the journey, I guarantee you your best summer ever. Even if you hibernated all winter, avoided the spring rain by remaining indoors, and totally forgot to prepare for summer. If you follow me, the sun and I shall bestow upon you your optimum self. If you are single I almost envy you because you have no idea what is in store for you. Married guys dont fret. This program wont get you in too much trouble.
So first thing you got to do is log into hundredpushup.com and begin doing the push up and squat routines. The exercises wont even take you a half an hour, do it in the morning, you wont even notice you are exercising. Fast easy effective. Push-ups are a power builder that exercises your chest, shoulders, back, biceps, and triceps simultaneously. Squats work the quads and calves. These are two exercises that work large muscle groups and burn a lot of energy. What I like about this program is no matter where you start, you will notice a strength difference between session one and two. This is a great motivation throughout the program. You do a test every two weeks that also marks your improvement. This will quickly improve your strength and fitness level. You will look and feel great. On to the next one.
Dream
Pick your idol, mentor, or anyone you admire, chances are they visualize. What do you want? See it. hey, not her, she is mine! Just pick a time to visualize (I tend to do it each night in bed before I drift off). The key is to make it a habit so pick a time and make it happen. It takes 21 days to form a habit so mark it off on a calendar when you start!

Its about Presentation
Finally, get a tripod and real digital camera (cells dont count). By mid-July you are going to be tripping out on how many women are going to want to take pictures with you. You might as well get some nice shots.
